One to one Pilates is a private session that allows me to work with the client on their specific needs. This can be someone with a medical history, injury or just someone who is nervous about starting group class and would like some pointers first. I will guide you through a routine, asses your movement, adjust you when necessary and point out what areas you need to practice and focus on. A one to one session can be very beneficial before starting as a beginner or back care client.
